The package comes with all the customs stamps direct from China. But it does come well packed and the little unit works great! So far it plays all of the files that I have perfectly. Cons: When I first plugged it in the video rolled and the text on the screen was not in English. The booklet didn't have a fix listed. I contacted the company by e-mail and they responded very quickly. This stopped the video rolling. I then clicked the Setup button on the remote and it was a split screen but not in English and there was a check by the first item in the list on the right.

I used the arrow button on the remote to move to the second choice, still not English, then the third and it was English. So all in all the booklet could have had a bit more on the button explanations but the customer service was very quick to respond.
